Enigma Capital Investments LLC is a holding registered in the United Arab Emirates with registered offices in Dubai, of which Acrobatica acquired a 51% stake in 2023. The acquisition of Enigma opened the doors for Acrobatica to enter the Middle East, a genuine leap into an entirely new world. It was a leap made with both feet by the entire Group, consolidating the brand’s expansion beyond the familiar borders of the Old Continent. Yet it was also a conscious leap, one that values the technical and cultural know-how of the holding now affiliated with Acrobatica, offering the dual benefits of continuity of service and a technique and business model consolidated in Italy and Europe.

Founded in 2012, Enigma Capital Investments has established itself as a multifaceted holding company specialising in various segments of the rope access industry. The key strength of the holding lies in its portfolio of subsidiaries, each a leader in its respective sector: from rope access, consultancy, to distribution of access solutions. In addition to Dubai, these companies also operate in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
